I needed a house quickly for me and my two children as my old landlord was selling the house at such short notice. Alice from the horbury brand was so understanding and helpful trying to make things as quickly as possible. Always phoning me to give me updates which in past cases I normally have to chase the agent! She has been really quick with replies and honestly being so helpful. I feel super lucky she was dealing with my tenancy for me. The most helpful person and has contacted me since to make sure everything is ok.
